Shirazi Polo and Shirazi faloodeh are among the foods that few people have not tasted before. There are few people who are not satisfied with the unique taste of Shirazi Polo. This delicious dish is prepared from rice, chicken, eggplant, brewed saffron, yogurt, barberry and salt and pepper.
Recepie for preparation
Soak the rice with some salt and water for an hour.
Then pour it in boiling water, drain and mix with yogurt and saffron.
Put the chicken breast with onion and some salt, pepper, turmeric and water on the heat until the chicken is cooked, then take it out of the water and shave it.
Now add the eggs to the rice mixed with yogurt, saffron and sugar.

Now put it in the pan and put it in the oven that has been preheated to 200 ° C for one hour, until the rice is steamed and the bottom of the pan is golden.
