Gaz: Gaz is delicious signature of Isfahan and the world’s most unusual delicacies. This sweet, milky sap originated from Isfahan. Its main ingredients are sugar or corn syrup, pistachio or almond kernels, rosewater, egg whites and the sap of a rare wild plant named Angabin is the main ingredient of this sweet. It is served with tea.
Sohan: Ingredients consist of wheat sprout, flour, egg yolks, rose water, sugar, butter or vegetable oil, saffron, cardamom, and slivers of almond and pistachio.

Chelo kebab: A dish of meat served with rice.
Beryani: It is the famous traditional lunch dish and very fatty food of Isfahan city. Lamb meat and lung mixed with onion, turmeric, pepper, salt and cinnamon. This meat, which is the same size as a hamburger. Iranians serve it with a piece of Sangak bread.
Fereni: There are only a few and simple ingredients in Fereni. Ingredients of this dessert are rice flour, water, milk and rose water. It is a winter dessert.
Khoresht-e Mast: Unlike its name, is not served as a main dish. It is a sweet pudding served as a side dish or a dessert. It is beef yogurt dessert or yogurt stew. Ingredients of this dessert is beef neck, plain yogurt, saffron, small onion, egg yolk, sugar and turmeric. In Iran people have this classic, delicious, sweet and creamy dessert cold and decorate it with pistachios and dried barberries.
Dough and Goushfil: These two mixtures might seem a little bit irrelevant and weird but believe us, this is one of the most delicious mixtures.
Dough: Dough is salty yogurt drink with a combination of yogurt, water or soda and dried mint. This is a traditional drink that sometimes accompanies with Iranian dishes but now it is accompanied with Goushfil.
Goushfil is a crispy golden brown sweet and its main Ingredients are egg yolk, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, sifted white flour, vegetable fat, cooked syrup, water, powdered sugar, cardamom, and ground pistachio nut.

Sharbat-e Sekanjabin ba Khiyar (Sekanjabin with Cucumber): Ingredients are water, Sekanjabin, honey(sometimes with sugar), white vinegar, a small bunch of washed fresh mint, two small cucumbers, washed, peeled and shredded Lime rind.
Sharbat-e Khakshir: Ingredients are Khakshir (as much as you want), water, sugar or honey, ice cubes, lime juice (optional), rosewater (optional). The main Ingredient of Sharbat-e Khakshir is tiny reddish-brown seeds, called teff or herb-Sophia in English.
Sharbat-e Tokhm-e Sharbati: Ingredients are exactly like Sharbat-e Khakshir; The only difference is instead of Khakshir seeds, Tokhm-e sharbati seeds are used.
Sharbat-e Zaferoun: Ingredients are water, sugar, rosewater, saffron, and boiling water.
